Shipping

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) are usually processed the same day if received before 2:00 pm. Fully paid orders are despatched promptly — most within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Services
Standard UK delivery is free and will be shipped using the most appropriate service. Smaller parcels (under 2 kg) are typically sent via Royal Mail. Larger parcels may be sent via courier.
Should you wish to upgrade to a faster service, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

Tracking & Updates
Where tracking is provided, details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received shipping details within 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.

International Orders
International shipping may be available. Duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage or an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours. Photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
Returns are accepted with prior agreement. You must notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery to request a return authorisation. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned goods without prior agreement may not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped will need to be returned in line with the above return process.
